Form photo size guides
Exam boards and application portals set an exact size for every file you upload — the pixels, the kilobytes and the format. These guides list what each form asks for and link you straight to the tool that makes it, all in your browser with nothing uploaded.
Every size on this page, at a glance
The pixels, kilobytes and format each covered form asks for, in one table. Every figure is compiled from published notices — open the guide for the full detail and the honesty caveat, and always confirm against your own official notification before you upload.

Why these exist
The site's tools already hit an exact size — the compressorfor a KB limit, resize & crop for pixels, and thepassport & signature presets for named documents. A guide is the other half: it tells you which size a particular form wants before you reach for the tool, so you are not guessing at the requirement and the tool at the same time.
Every number here is compiled from published notices, not from us — and forms restate their requirements from year to year. Each guide says so, and points you at the official notice to confirm against. If a form you are filling in is not covered yet, email me the wording and it is what the next guide gets built from.
